How to connect a wearable device or smartphone

The process to connect a wearable starts off the same for all devices!

Connect in a Campaign that is actively tracking activity

  1. Once logged-into your WeSpire site, go to the Take Action page and find the Campaign or Competition that's hosting a wearables integration.

  1. Enter into the Campaign or Competition and click on the Connect Devices button.

  1. You’ll be redirected to the Connect a Tracking Device Page. Note, you'll see "help" text below each "Connect Now" for devices that are not currently connected.

  2. Click on "Connect Now" next to the device you'd like to connect.

Once you've started the process to connect to a wearable device on the WeSpire platform, here specific instruction for each individual device:

How to check your connection or disconnect a wearable device or smartphone

There are two ways to disconnect your Wearables device or Smartphone integration

Through your Settings Page

  1. Once logged-into your WeSpire site, hover over your profile picture in the right corner of the top-navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select “Settings."

  1. Scroll down to locate the "Your Linked Accounts" section and click the "Edit Linked Accounts". Please note that this section will only be visible if there is a Campaign or Competition available for this user that is hosting a wearables integration and a device has been already been connected.

  1. You’ll be redirected to the Connect a Tracking Device Page. Here you'll see which device you're connected and you can click "Disconnect" to disconnect.
