Follow the instructions below to connect Fitbit to your WeSpire User Account.

  1. If you haven't done so already, you MUST have created an account at fitbit.com and link your Fitbit device there.

  2. On the device connection screen select Connect Now, you'll be redirected to log into your Fitbit account.

  3. On the next screen, confirm that the Allow All option is selected. All data options must be selected in order to be able to connect to Fitbit. Select Allow to confirm these settings. If you do not have all data options selected, your data will not be available within the WeSpire app and activities will not sync.

  4. Once connected, there will be a banner displayed across the top of the page confirming a successful authorization.

Please note that the Campaign must feature an Accumulation Action in order for a device to sync data.

Once you have successfully connected Fitbit to your WeSpire User Account, you will be able to view the most recent sync time and date on the activity tracking section of an active accumulation action. If you have recently tracked Fitbit activity, this data will appear in your WeSpire User Account within an active tracking action.
