The core of the WeSpire platform are WeSpire Activities: interactive digital experiences that inspire, engage, and transform you. Each Activity Type is designed to engage you in specific ways and can track various metrics.

<aside> ✅ Campaigns are a series of actions positioned around a central theme intended to drive behavior change. Users learn, do, and reflect on this theme and earn points for actions completed. They share their progress in a way that encourages others to participate as well. <aside> 🏁 Competitions use the same main elements as Campaigns (actions and points) but with the additional elements of a Registration Timeframe and Team Leaderboards. Tap into your innate competitive drive and rally around a topic or a cause.

<aside> 📅 Participation Events enable you to register for in-person or virtual events (volunteering or non-volunteering). Admins can create, market, administer, and track the impact of their program's offline and digital events.

<aside> 💸 The Giving Activityenables users to browse a list of curated charities and make donations directly to the charity. If there is an organizational matching gift policy in place, users can see their matching balance and request their gifts be matched.

<aside> 🥁 Idea Boards crowdsource and rank user-generated ideas. An Idea Board asks a specific question of employees and users can then, submit their innovative idea and view and vote on other ideas.
