Your program should be given a name to be used to reference both the Activities contained within it and the platform where Users will engage with the program.

WeSpire Brand Basics

A powerful brand for the program is one that can be integrated into communications, logo, and landing page and that reinforces the overall values, messaging, and actions that the platform supports.

Required Information

Platform Name

Your WeSpire Brand name will be used to define the platform as a whole. It will be visible to all Users regardless of Team affiliation. It will be referenced in the following places:

• New User Drip Email Campaign ****message series to all new Users (if configured)
• Notification Emails including Weekly Summary, Comment and Like notifications, and Registration Confirmations
• Broadcasts and other custom-written emails sent by WeSpire
• Tab titles for every page on the platform

Platform Logo

Your logo will appear at the top left of every page of your WeSpire platform as well as in the banner of email communications from the platform. It will be visible to all Users regardless of Team affiliation.

If you want to host multiple programs on WeSpire and don't have a single unifying logo, we recommend you use your company's logo.

Your Customer Success Manager will import your logo for you. Send them a file that meets the specifications below.

Platform Logo specifications:

• 1,000px by 300 px at least
• Legible at 1” height @ 72dpi
• Transparent PNG file

Channel Branding

Channels are tabs on the WeSpire Take Action page that host activities. Channels can be branded with a name, a logo, and a banner image.

Recommended Channel Logo Specifications:

• 500px by 500px (Minimum 120px by 120px)

• Transparent PNG

• Logo will be circular cropped when displayed in the channel tab:

  

Recommended Channel Banner Specifications:

• 1600 x 900 pixels
• Max file size 40mb
• Banner images are dynamically cropped depending on device screen size. This resizing will crop the top and bottom.
• The only guaranteed-to-be-visible portion of the image is the middle third in both width and height.
• Below is an example of how banner images are cropped. The area in green will always display but the area in red may or may not depending on screen width.
