WeSpire uses native-speaker human translators to bring the WeSpire interface into more than 20 languages around the world. See our Localization page for full information on how this works. When users have suggestions for how these translations can better describe the platform's interface, they should follow the instructions below.
Note: Our engineering and development staff are mostly English-speaking, so where possible all feedback should be in English.
Want to change the language in which you experience the WeSpire platform? Just change the language of your internet browser. Here are directions for how to change your language in common browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari.
There are three types of localized components on the WeSpire platform:
Interface Text
These are hard-coded platform buttons that are only editable by the WeSpire team. If there are platform buttons or text that you notice are incorrectly or awkwardly translated, **please follow the steps below.**
Engagement Content
The text in campaigns, events, idea board, etc are Admin-generated content and can be changed by your admins in Management Panel. If you're not sure how to get in touch with them, send a note to [email protected] with your feedback and we'll pass it on.
User Generated Content (not yet available) We are investigating support for translating what other users post to the platform. If you think this would be very helpful for you, please send a note to [email protected].
