If you have Giving enabled, your Users will have quick access to their Donation History.

How to find Donation History

To find Donation History, a user will have to click on their name and profile photo in the top right-hand side of the screen.

What's on the Donation History Page

The Donation History page give a User an instant snapshot into their past donations as well as scheduled donations.

A user will see:

• The total amount they've donated

• Their matching funds still available to donate (if using matching functionality)

• Their upcoming scheduled donations

• A history of their past donations with the most recently impacted charity at the top of the list. Details include:

  • Recipient charity
  • Date donation made
  • Payment status tells the user where their donation stands. See Disbursement Process: How Donations are Sent to Charities for more information regarding payments. Options Users see in Donation History include:
    • Pending is displayed between the time the donation is created and when it is processed for delivery
    • Scheduled for payment is displayed from the start of processing until the payment has reached the charity
    • Paid is displayed when donation has been delivered via mail or ACH transfer
