Smarter Filters

Many of the dashboards will have the same look and feel as before, but with a smoother user experience in Date Selection and Filtering.

With the upgrade, filtering by date is easier with dropdown menus.

You can also filter to include or exclude by specified variables.

We have also added the ability to scale the timeframes in each chart by selecting the [➖] and [➕] buttons at the bottom left of each chart.

One-Stop for Downloads

Exporting Data to CSV, XLS and PDF is easy. Just go to the top of each page, and select the Export Function.

Set your parameters for download to a specific table or chart or the entire dashboard.

Click the button to download and your file will appear in your downloads folder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: When do reports refresh?

• Reports refresh every 8 hours. Data will be refreshed at 1:55 am, 9:55 am, and 5:55 pm each day (all times are US Eastern timezone).

Question: Why do I see a button to Sign in to Tableau Cloud?

• Issue: Report fails to load in the browser.
• Solution: 3rd party cookies are required to load reports.

How to allow all 3rd party cookies to view reports in Chrome:

This is the easiest option in order to avoid access issues. But if your company restricts your browser settings so that you cannot allow all 3rd party cookies, you can following the instructions for “**How to allow 3rd party cookies for WeSpire only”** instead.

1. Step 1: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > General settings

2. Step 2: Ensure that cookies are not blocked.

   Select “Allow all cookies” OR “Block third-party cookies in Incognito”
