The Settings Page allows users to make various configuration changes to their WeSpire account. All users can access this page by clicking on their avatar in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Settings:

On the Settings page a User can:

  1. Upload a profile photo

  2. If your WeSpire platform is set to Email/Password Authentication, Users can See / Edit Name, and Email Address, and Employee ID

  3. Users can change their Teams selection at any time by using the drop-down boxes in the Teams area:

  4. Users can also select their ‣

  5. Subscribe or unsubscribe to various types of platform notifications.

  6. Go invisible by enacting Privacy Mode

    <aside> 🔒 Some people prefer to interact with the programs and content on WeSpire without having their profile visible to other users. For them, we've built Private Mode.

    You can enable Private Mode by clearing the "Visible to other users" checkbox in Settings and hitting Save Changes:

    People whose accounts are set to Private will not show up in the Teams page, on Leaderboards, and any Stories they create will not be visible in Activity Feed or Dashboard.

    Administrators can still see them in reports in the Management Panel, however.
