You can send customized emails to registrants based on the shift they selected from the Events section in the Management Panel.
In the Management Panel:
From the Event Registrant Emails screen, confirm the correct Event name is listed and then click on the "New Message" button.
Event emails allow you to contact your registrants before or after the Event in order to share information or make requests.
If you wish to contact all Event participants, be sure to check the box beside each shift date/time.
Once you have finished adding in your desired text, you can either "Save as Draft" or "Send Email." If you are ready to Send your email click the blue button and follow the prompts to complete and send.
