In the top Navigation bar, Users can explore your company's impact across the WeSpire platform.
There are three primary sections on Our Impact:
This summarizes the engagement metrics across all employees (current and former).
Impact by Program displays the Channels linked to Modules. This needs to be configured in Management Panel before it will display. Channels will appear in the same order as defined via Channel Manager in Management Panel.
Each Channel displays a Program Impact summary on the right side which mirrors the KPIs in All Time Company Impact above, but broken down by channel.
Note that each Module has unique impacts:
Impact by Program summarizes the environmental impact of actions completed on the WeSpire platform. It highlights the total sustainability impact of actions completed on the WeSpire application, including an equivalency calculation to translate the impact into a measurement into something that easily understood.

For the Social Impact Module, Our Impact displays Volunteer Event Categories, in the same priority order as defined in Management Panel. Each Volunteer Event Category includes
These calculations include manually logged volunteer hours in addition to Volunteering Participation Events.
Our Impact metrics for Wellbeing and Inclusive Culture modules display engagement metrics for Activities in the Channel.
Our Impact supports featuring up to three Activities (Campaigns, Competitions, Participation Events, Idea Boards and/or Giving Activities) to remain present on the page. Featured activities are displayed regardless of their Channel affiliation, and remain fixed as the user navigates between Impact by Program.
