Where to Find Giving Reports and Who Gets Access

When in Management Panel, you'll find your Giving Reports under Reports, On-Demand Reporting.

Brand Admins and Channel Managers get access to the first two Giving Reports:

• Giving All-Time Metrics Report Overview of company-wide giving history
• Giving Interactive Report Filter your giving data by time period, charity, and more

Only Brand Admins get the final two reports as they contain Personally Identifiable Information or company financial data:

• Giving Transaction Data Download giving data for further analytics
• Financial Overview Report Analysis of the corporate account balance, deposits, and withdrawals

Giving Reports

There are four unique Giving Reports:

1. Giving All-Time Metrics Report

This report provides a top-level overview of your Key Performance Indicators. You'll be able to see a snapshot of top figures including:

• All time donations
• Year to Date Donations
• Number of employees donating
• If you have matching, you'll also see matching statistics

Additional charts will show:

• Donation amounts by delivery type
• Number of donations & employee donors
• Donation amount by Source
• Donation amount by IRS charity category
• Top charities by amount and number of transactions
• Map of donations amount based on charity headquarter state
• Donation by WeSpire Activity

2. Giving Interactive Report

This report allows you to dig deeper into specific details you'd like to investigate. You'll be able to investigate and filter by:

• Date Range

• WeSpire Giving Activity

• Charity

• IRS Charity Category

• Click on the triangle to learn how to use the filters on the Giving Interactive Report

3. Giving Transaction Data

Here you can download the raw transaction data for further analysis. You'll also find a full data dictionary that defines each column header. You'll also find usage of Recurring Donations.

To download this extract, click on the XLS/CSV icon in the top right hand side of the window. A new tab will pop up where you can select the extract sheet, the format you prefer, click on the download icon box and the download will start.
