WeSpire delivers custom corporate philanthropy capabilities that are designed for the most challenging part of giving: getting employees to make donations and request matches. Nearly $9B in matching funds go unclaimed every year. We can close that gap by better inspiring and enabling employees to give.
Companies that access Employee Giving capabilities as part of WeSpire’s Social Impact module can create domestic and international giving opportunities for their employees. These could be in response to a disaster, align with certain key funding events, drives or challenges, or enable every day giving opportunities. Employees can make donations via credit card or Google/ Apple Pay.
WeSpire's simple and automated solution coupled with our hands-on "Customer Success" model allows administrators to focus on scalability, increasing reach and impact. We deliver a Giving solution that is:
The WeSpire platform considers the lifecycle of employee social impact, meeting your employees every step of the way. Far more than just a donation processing platform, WeSpire motivates, prompts, enables, and rewards employees for their social impact!
Giving Activities are published alongside all other WeSpire activities: Events, Campaigns, and Idea Boards in order to promote holistic programs to address any theme from company initiatives to global disasters. Since WeSpire enforces eligibility rules by system design, the user experience is simple and administrative burden is greatly reduced.

Disbursement Process: How Donations are Sent to Charities
Charities receive an Attribution Letter along with each employee donation and/or company match received. An attribution letter includes information regarding the partner’s Giving Program and donor information.
The amount of donor information displayed on the letters is contingent upon the anonymity value associated with the transaction - the donor can choose to give with full transparency (full name and email address) or remain anonymous when making the donation.
The partner’s Giving Program description is customized by the Customer’s Administration Team and their WeSpire Customer Success Manager. See examples for Attribution Letter text:
