USA Basketball had the "Dream Team," and in order to launch a top-tier program, you'll need your own dream team. Plan on bringing together influential stakeholders from all areas of your business. Collaboration is key. And getting buy-in early on can be the difference between a successful launch and a lukewarm response.

⭐️ Core Team

Composition

The Core Team is the day-to-day operational keeper of your program and your platform. This is the group who will meet with your Customer Success Manager (WeSpire Customer Success Team ) on a regular basis. Often, the core team is a single Program Manager, but it can also include multiple teams members from either the same or different departments.

For example, a single or multiple members from the CSR team or one member from the Sustainability Team; one from the Social Impact Team; and one from the Wellbeing Team.

In the case where there are multiple Program Managers sharing access to the platform to run their programs, it is recommended to have a single person serve as the "Platform Manager", who can be the first point of contact with WeSpire's Customer Success Manager and provide overall guidance and support for operation of the platform and its hosted programs.
