• Help establish your Key Program Metrics and set up Custom Reporting to enable daily tracking of results

• Offer guidance and support establishing and running Ambassador Programs

• 5 years at WeSpire leading technology & strategy engagements
• Works with teams to define problems, conduct original research, and manage project implementations
• Behavior change experience stems from 12 years in think tank, political campaign, and enterprise technology worlds

Maddy Carr - Senior Manager

• 3 years at WeSpire using her expertise in database management, employee training, and digital marketing to drive goal-centric strategy
• 8 years of experience activating and engaging volunteers, constituents, and employees at a conservation and outdoor recreation non-profit

Avery Steele, Manager

• Background and expertise in partnership & relationship management
• Experienced in launching and developing Employee Resource Groups, including inspiring more engagement

Marcus Jones, Manager

• Early career environmental science graduate with a focus in Human Health & The Environment
• 2 years working in technology companies to drive change throughout enterprise partners through project management and communication skills.
• 1 year experience in process optimization in the biotechnology sector

Melissa Gurzenda, Associate

• Concentration in Team & Project Management and Leadership & Innovation Management
• Provided training and resources that drove development strategies for social change and deliberative dialogues as a Newman Civic Fellow
