The WeSpire platform has the ability to require users to read and agree to WeSpire's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents when they join the platform.
Customers may add additional Terms of Service to fit your company's legal requirements and program-specific guidelines to ensure authentic participation from your employees. Edits to the WeSpire standard Terms are considered on a case by case basis.
<aside> ❗ Please note we can update the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, but each change will require that all new and returning users read and agree to them before taking another action on the platform.

WeSpire standard WeSpire Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been drafted and approved by our Legal Counsel in July of 2021 and include our policies on:
Modern data protection
GDPR and CCPA (and Nevada) policies
<aside> 💡 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance Users who visit the platform from the EU will need to attest that they understand our data practices in order to comply with the GDPR. While these terms are not required outside of the EU the platform displays the same terms to all users regardless of where they visit from, so if you have users in the EU you'll need to incorporate GDPR into your terms. The template below includes our recommendation for these terms.
