The WeSpire platform encourages users to participate by uploading content in the form of text comments and photos. The platform requires "real names", integrates with Single Sign On, and presents customizable Terms of Service to each user. These measures reduce to near-zero the number of users who post inappropriate content to the site.
As a further step, any user can hover over a piece of content and "flag" it for review:
Content flagged in this manner is put into a queue for review by WeSpire staff.
You may also write to your Customer Success Manager if you have any concerns about content posted on the platform via <your company name>@wespire.com. When doing so, it is helpful to include the direct link to the piece of content.
