How to launch the Mobile App

1. Evaluate

Are you aware of a company mobile device management policy? For example before launching the app, you should know these questions:

If your company has any restrictions to any of these questions, please share the details with your CSM and we'll work together to make sure the app is accessible to your employees.

2. Work with your CSM

The WeSpire app is available for anyone to download in the iOS and Android app stores. Once downloaded, a user will need to type their company name and select it from a drop down to log in. Your CSM will make your company name appear in that drop down (it is not enabled by default).

3. Test

Work with several of your employees across both Android and iOS devices to make sure they are able to find the app in their app store AND are able to log-into their account on your Brand. Make sure to have employees across all different devisions, especially if there are any SSO differences between departments.

<aside> ❗ If you use SSO, please ensure it has been tested with the same exact settings that all users will be using. If different user groups have different permissions it is helpful to test each user group to see if any adjustments are needed prior to launch.

4. Share the word!
