Users have two ways to invite colleagues on the Dashboard, which helps build the social capital you want as an Admin for participation in your program and the platform.

Invite Page

Users can invite employees to join the platform through the "Invite" page. After selecting the "Invite" tab in the top navigation bar, Users can invite colleagues by typing in their name or email address then hitting "Send Invites".

Dashboard Widget

Users can also invite colleagues using the "Invite Your Colleagues" widget on the right hand side of the Dashboard page. Simply type a colleagues' name or email and click "Send Invites".

Limitations on the Invite Feature

• Invites can only be sent to employees who do not already have an account.
• Each invitee email can be invited by a specific inviting user up to three times. The inviting user will need to send three separate invites (follow up is not automatic).
• Each inviting user can send a maximum of 1,000 invitations per day.
• Each invitee email can be invited an unlimited number of times.
