Where to Find Idea Board Reports and Who Gets Access

When in Management Panel, you'll find your Idea Board Reports under Reports, On-Demand Reporting.

Admins, Channel Managers, Event Managers, and Group Admins get access to this report.

Idea Board Reports

This report provides a top-level overview of your Key Performance Indicators. You'll be able to see a snapshot of top figures including:

• Number of idea boards published
• Number of submissions
• Number of participants
• Number of votes
• Number of comments

You can easily sort the data using these filters:

• Date Range
• Channel
• Idea Board Title

Additional charts will show:

• Full Idea Board submission details (including number of votes, comments, and photos for each entry)
• Engagement stats
• Number of unique participants by month
• Top Idea Boards by number of submissions
• Top Idea Boards by number of votes
• Number of Idea Boards published by month
