Where to Find Groups Report and Who Gets Access

When in Management Panel, you'll find two Group Reports under Reports, On-Demand Reporting:

1. Interactive Groups Report: Visible to Admins, Channel Managers, and Group Leaders.
2. Groups Members Report: Only visible to Admins and Channel Managers

Interactive Groups Report

This report provides a top-level overview of your Key Performance Indicators. You'll be able to see a snapshot of top figures including:

• Membership
• Engagement Metrics
• Administrative Metrics

You can easily sort the data using these filters:

• Channel
• Date Range

Additional charts will show:

• Running Count of User Membership by Month

• Engagement Metrics (Number of Participating Members, Total Acts Completed etc)
  • Please note this does NOT include "public" participation if a Group Activity is also posted on a Channel on Take Action

• Activities Available to each Group

• Administrative Metrics
