Where to Find Campaign Reports and Who Gets Access

When in Management Panel, you'll find your Campaign Reports under Reports, On-Demand Reporting.

Admins, Channel Managers, Event Managers, and Group Admins get access to this report.

Campaign & Competition Reports

This report provides a top-level overview of your Key Performance Indicators. You'll be able to see a snapshot of top figures including:

• Number of Participants
• Number of Acts Completed
• Average Number of Acts Completed Per Participant
• Number of Achievements Awarded
• Percentage of Participants Who Earned an Achievement

You can easily sort the data using these filters:

• Date Range
• Channel
• Campaign & Competition Name

Additional charts will show:

• Popular Acts
• Popular Campaigns & Competitions based on Number of Acts Completed
• Popular Campaigns & Competitions based on Number of Participants
• Popular Channels by Acts Completed
• Raw Extracts
  • Campaign Engagement Extract: who was awarded the achievement
  • Campaign Action Extract: who completed what acts
